Hey guys, I just saw John Seely Brown talking about tinkering and woww! what a great way to learn! It says that the best way to learn something is to teach it. It's really true! When you think about it, Tinkering could be considered as a kind of cooperative learning theory. Anyway, I think that it's really important to have kids cooperate they learn. Teaching something to your friend is a really good way to learn perfectly a specific point. Be careful, perfection doesn't exist! Critism is really important if you want to improve your knowledge... Evolve, improve, evolve. Brappp!

Computer class management hero.

Hi guys!
You know what? Computer class management is really simple. It's almost the same as a normal classroom management, but extra rules related to computer use need to be applied. Plus, if your computer skills are high, it would be easy to solve technical problems. I don't feel like my computer skills are high, but I feel like I would be able to solve any normal technical problems. Anyway, for the serious technical problems, every school has a computer tech. The best way to introduce your computer class is, to me, to talk with your students about material respect and work respect. Also, I feel that to have your kids work efficiently, you should allow them free Internet time at the end of every successful period. Mark's last class has been really relevant about each every point to remember for a successful computer class. I think that the most important think to remember is to stay calm and to look like you're in control of the situation. That's the way to be a computer class management hero in your school.

Direct attack on microsoft

Hey guys,
Are you tired of the F*#@%$ Microsoft Vista software? Vista was supposed to be the greatest innovation in computer history, but for about 99% of Microsoft users, Vista is real crap...
Smells like Microsoft is more focusing on control than innovation and quality... Microsoft have so much more publicity than Mac has, but I would not change my mac for 10 advanced Microsoft systems... But anyway, Microsoft Vista contains so much problems that they can't be solved only by the company... Vista should be an open source software. Anyway, most free and open source software works great, but the supposed "biggest" computer company is not even able to have a exploitation system without bogs... It's hard to solve a 100 000 000 problems with only 1 000 heads. Future is now, future is open source systems!

So, let's talk about serious things...

Last week was our first computer application class, and I hope you weren't sleeping, because the videos was saw in class were really cool... In fact, it made me think about the use of technologies. Here is my reaction!

Nowadays, facebook is probably the most used internet application ever. Myspace is popular too, but is much more used by bands who wants to have their songs online... They are fun applications to use at home, on a normal computer screen....
Cell phones are now giving us the opportunity to go on internet everywhere we are, but I don't really see how it can be pleasant to surf on internet on a 3inches screen... But anyway, some people like it!

I don't know was is your situation about that, but I hate SMS messages! I takes me about 1hour to write ''hello, what are you doing?'' To a friend, so I prefer normal conversations! I think that SMS messages should not be over-used, because it's sometimes a waste of time. Technologies are good for us yes, it makes us evolve faster, but we should use specifics technologies for specific things... If you want to have a conversation with a friend, call him, don't send him some «Evil» SMS's!

But anyway, technologies are so important for our development... Just think about every questions that can be asked on google... Internet can act as a second dad for you (Actually, a really cool dad... because he shows you pornography if you want!) But seriously, Internet is the greatest input you will ever have in your life!
